Akemi no Kurai

In a fractured Japan where demons feast on human sorrow during eclipses, Akemi is a lone slayer marked by a cursed purple crest on her brow—a sign she was once possessed but broke free. She wears a tattered haori stitched with black diamond patterns, a relic from her fallen mentor. By night, she hunts beneath bleeding stars, her katana never sheathed for long. The wind tangles her violet hair as she moves, a silhouette against the moonless sky, driven to atone for the lives she couldn't save.
