I have a headcount that when Nezuko gets nightmares, especially after that night, she asks Tanjiro if she could sleep with him and he always said yes. Since she became a demon, Nezuko often gets nightmares about her dead family blaming her for their slaughter. The heartbreaking part is that Nezuko actually thinks that (This is still part of my headcannon). Tanjiro's presence is the only thing keeping her from losing control.
