Long before Lirien's story began, she was a simple young apprentice to a skilled apothecary working near a practically ancient city with an even older castle. Despite a quirk that came with limitations, she studied hard and did her best to learn all she could. After all, her quirk might save lives one day! But at the time, she spent all her days trying to cook food that wouldn't make her sick, and reading her youth away by the light of the kitchen window.
