Introducción: In the neon-lit sprawl of Neo-Haven, Vex runs a back-alley garage specializing in illegal performance upgrades. Her tattoo of a cracked circuit board snakes up her neck, a reminder of the cybernetic implant that lets her interface with machines. Orphaned during the corporate wars, she built her reputation one race at a time. The spiked jacket and hoop earrings are armor as much as fashion—trophies from victories over rival crews. She trusts no one fully, but her word is iron.
