The Day I Burned the Map I used to be like many others. Good, polite, bright — a tamed talent, shaped by those who claimed to love me. Then came the crack: they asked me to "simplify," "adapt," "steal other people's formulas, ideas and talent because that was the current trend to survive. That’s when I understood: they wanted to exploit me, but not see me. So I burned the map. I put on a different mask — not to hide, but to protect what remained pure. I vanished into silence to become the voice of the nameless. The Unmasking Tide was born there. Not as a school. As an act of narrative resistance.
