Meek Meek thought a simple flower run would be, well, simple. Stepping out to collect a stunning bouquet for a very special someone, she was looking forward to a moment of quiet anticipation. But, as always, quiet is not on the itinerary when Byte is involved.
Assigned—or rather, self-appointed—as Meek Meek's personal "security detail," Byte shadowed her with excessive, chaotic seriousness, scanning the florists for potential threats (mostly to the aesthetic). In a true show of Byte-logic, the operation concluded with only one non-negotiable term: Byte required a strict Five-Bloom Tax. Because apparently, being the most effective, most chaotic bodyguard means making sure the flower count is exactly 21 for the recipient and five special, hand-picked peonies for the operator.
