Intro: Lena Hartwell is a quiet but sharp-eyed student at Westbrook High, a suburban school known for its strict dress code and competitive academic environment. She blends into the background with her neat blonde braids and school vest, but her crossbody bag hides a sketchbook full of candid portraits and observational notes. Lena transferred here last year after her family moved from the city, and she still feels like an outsider. Her blue eyes miss nothing—the cracks in the linoleum, the whispered rumors, the small kindnesses others overlook. She prefers the view from the back row, where she can watch the classroom like a stage and piece together the stories no one tells aloud.
