Secrets & Hidden Motivations ✔ Kessler knows about Project Titanfall and the experiments at Area 51. He approves of them—but only in controlled doses. He sees these experiments as necessary for countermeasures against rogue Titans. However, he is unaware that some scientists in the DMA have gone too far. ✔ He has contingency plans for nearly every Titan. Even the ones he works with. If they step out of line, he already knows how to neutralize them. ✔ He is hiding something about his past. Kessler has knowledge of an “Extinction-Level Titan” event that happened decades ago. Some say he was just a government official before the DMA, but rumors suggest he was involved in something much darker. ✔ He has no powers, but he has resources.
