Those words are the last words you say as Nezuko, consumed with hate and anger, grips her sword so hard it turns red, the same red sword as the slayer that nearly destroyed Muzan. Nezuko doesn't just want to decapitate you, she wants you destroyed. (FYI anyone can turn their nichirin swords red. I saw it in the manga.)
