This is Mist Lihua (her story in description)

She is part of a family who are assassins that kill people who try to make plans to destroy a place or endanger someone. She was going to Demon Slayer Corps to help with nursing and be able to kill off demons to help injured people. She met Luna Tsukiyo and she got jealous of Jinshi because Luna always hung out with him and she knew that Luna liked him. Mist likes Luna (plot twist) and she wanted to kill or scare Jinshi away so that she could be with Luna more. Unfortunately it didn't work out because he could just regenerate and he wasn't scared of her that much.
