General look: beings made of geometric shapes, torsos cones, legs and arms are smaller cones, heads tend to be different but usually a wedge or sphere, tails can range from many shapes or one long shape.
On earth (or non-outerspace) looks: human, with obvious draconic traits, such as tails, arms, horns.
Power base: time/space manipulation. (somewhat limited, like they can鈥檛 erase you from existence but they can make your life full of pain.)
Morality: silliness. A group of Canis Draco is called a Boogle.
Body plan: human head with horns, human torso occasionally has scales separating the belly from the flanks, arms start human from shoulder to elbow then it's scaled from elbow to finger tips, legs are human from hip to knees then from knees to the souls of the feet are scaled and reptilian, reptilian tail, reptilian tongue.
