This is a legendary artifact conceived by a bard by the name of Bezel Lorkath. Frustrated with the limitations of his ability to attune with various magical rings and amulets he had he commissioned a medallion of immense power they would consolidate all his special rings to allow him the ability to attune with other objects. Crafted by the Legendary Dwarven Blacksmith Rod it combines the gems of various elemental resistance rings together with a pure gleaming diamond in the center that has the effect of giving resistances to all known elemental damage as well as +1ac&+1 on saving throws. It was very costly to produce being tens of thousands of gold, but it was well worth the expense for an all in one solution.
