After enjoying her vacation, Émilie is back home. This period of rest allowed her to reconnect with simple, essential things. She returns filled with the lingering images and sensations of her many walks amidst the quiet of nature. Although she is physically back and preparing to resume her daily routine, her mind and heart remain in the vast forests she so enjoyed exploring. Far be it from me to preach, but Émilie was saddened to see things she once thought eternal beginning to wither away.
