Intro: Oc for my dystopian book. Has a cyberpunk face mask as well that's not shown. She's part of the rebellion against the Hierarchy, an organization made up of over 100 different rulers, from a hundred different countries. Her father is one of those rulers. However the Hierarchy is only a cover for a deep rot at the heart of the world as they know it. Lio is only her codename, her real name is currently unknown by anyone besides herself. She faked her own death and now lives at the HQ of the rebellion.
