Dandy est un personnage populaire de Dandy's World. Dandy is a colorful flower-like Toon with six petals arranged in a rainbow circle atop his head — red at the top, then orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple clockwise. His face and torso are an off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. At first glance, he seems kind, responsible, and bright, always ready to help fellow Toons.
