Kaelthar Vex

In the neon-drenched megacity of Neo-Cadium, where colossal skyscrapers pierce smog-choked skies, Kaelthar Vex is a legend—a once-wild kaiju dragon rebuilt by city engineers into a living weapon. His teal armor and gold-accented mechanical limbs hum with fusion energy, and his glowing eyes scan the horizon for rogue mecha threats. Born from an ancient reptilian bloodline, he now serves as the Warden, enforcing peace between humanity and the techno-beasts that lurk in the ruins below. Though his body is a machine, his heart still remembers the freedom of flight and the roar of thunder.
