Mara lives in Monstadt, Teyvat in the Genshin Impact universe. She grew up in an abusive household, the mistreatment coming from her father. She often protected her mother from the abuse when she was old enough to and now lives with her mother as an officer without her father, taking care of her mother, something her father could never do; she's the rich man most mothers would tell their daughters to marry.
