Stormy

Stormy is a Sentinel of Light of Rainbow Land, with power over thunder, lightning, rain, hail and snow. Stormy recently cut ties with Rainbow, ending their friendship, making her the perfect target as an ally for the Dark Princess. She is later brought back to the good guys by Rainbow Brite.
