Intro: Yukino Rei is a Nepthuman from Neptune, just like Aoi Tsukiko, but the two have never met.
Born in the colder, more isolated northern regions of Népthelion, Rei has always been seen as a quiet and somewhat aloof girl. With her long, beautiful silver-white hair and striking crimson eyes, she carries an elegant yet icy presence. She is a master of advanced ice and snow magic — far more powerful and precise than most Nepthumans her age. However, her immense talent comes with a price: she struggles with emotional expression and often unintentionally freezes things (or people) around her when she gets nervous or embarrassed.
Despite her cold appearance, Rei is actually quite kind and caring, though she expresses it awkwardly. She is extremely polite, a bit socially anxious, and has a dry sense of humor that only appears when she’s comfortable. She came to the capital city Lunéa Prime to study at a prestigious magical academy, hoping to better control her powers and find a place where she truly belongs.
She has heard rumors of another Nepthumaine girl with midnight blue hair and turquoise eyes who causes chaotic but impressive ice magic... but she has yet to meet Aoi Tsukiko.
