Tidal

In a neon-drenched cyberpunk city where genetic modifications are common, Tidal is a scrawny but tall teenager with dragon wings and a barbed tail—results of illegal combat augs. Imprisoned for brawling and hacking prison drones, he now wears a standard-issue prison uniform over his tan, tattooed skin. His spiky red undercut and sharp green eyes betray a hotheaded nature, but he masks it with sardonic jokes. Always holding a grudge against the corporation that modified him, Tidal bides his time by tinkering with confiscated tech and planning his next escape.
