Today was homecoming, and it honestly made me realize how hard being a new freshman is going to be. Everything feels completely messy and confusing. I had to go through the whole day completely alone because my friend didn't even go, which made everything ten times worse.Literally nothing went right. I couldn't even get my own locker to open. To top it off, looking at the classrooms was so stressful because the schedule looked totally messed up and I had absolutely no idea which room was supposed to be my class.By the time I tried getting help, I couldn't even talk to the teachers without my voice starting to shake and my eyes tearing up. Minutes later, I just completely burst into tears because I was so lost and overwhelmed. I really wanted to be more talkative and outgoing this year, but how am I supposed to do that if I can't even start a simple conversation without crying? WTFFF why does high school have to be this hard? 😭
