Little Blue Bonnet
Little Blue Bonnet had once been the apple of the village's eye. With her bright blue bonnet, cheerful manners, and reputation for being the sweetest girl in the village, everyone seemed to know her. Then Little Red Riding Hood arrived, and suddenly everything changed. The villagers adored Red's scarlet hood, her adventurous nature, and her habit of delivering baskets to her grandmother. Before long, Blue Bonnet found herself overlooked, and the jealousy began to eat away at her.
Determined to get her place back, Blue Bonnet devised what she thought was a harmless little scheme. She secretly slipped a wolf treat into Red's basket, knowing the delicious scent would attract the wolf when Red entered the forest. Blue Bonnet expected the wolf to give Red a fright and leave her embarrassed—but she never imagined the wolf would become determined to follow Red all the way to Grandmother's cottage. Now Blue Bonnet must watch her plan spiral completely out of control, knowing that if anyone discovers what she did, she'll lose the village's affection for good.
