They're known as the Twisters because of the building they live in. Across their 9 generations (so far) and now 109 family units, the Twister family inhabits most of the Twister Residence, and continue to expand on the fantastically weird building to serve future generations. The building itself twists and bends across distances to form these mesmerizing bends and troughs, its shape refracting sunlight in odd ways giving it these surprising spots of hue along its inward-curved surfaces like blue, magenta, orange, etc., colors that weren't part of its design but certainly are welcome. These days the structure can't be seen in its entirety unless viewed from high up in the sky.
