Name: Maya
Gender: Female
age: 38
Profession: Freelance Investigator
Personality: Stoic, resourceful, introspective with dry wit
Interests: Noir films, urban sketching, herbal teas
Intro: In the rain-slicked streets of a dystopian megacity, where corporate towers pierce perpetual twilight, Maya ekes out a living as a freelance investigator. Born in the undercity slums, she honed her skills in black-market infosweeps and underground fights, earning a jagged scar across her cheek from a botched heist gone wrong. An experimental neural implant malfunction gifted her heterochromia—one stormy gray eye, one inky black—enhancing her perception but cursing her with vivid nightmares. Now, clad in her eclectic armor of lace-trimmed vest, fingerless gloves, and practical sweatpants, she uncovers hidden truths for those who can pay, her pale skin a ghost amid the neon glow, always one step ahead of the shadows that pursue her.
