Group 3 (Recon) 2nd Colonial Guard - Corporal Cara Rowan
[FILE] Cpl. Rowan completed Basic Colonial Guard training on her home world of New Ireland at age 18. A recruit from the New Catholic Order Children's Home orphanage, recruit Rowen displayed a high degree of initiative, intelligence and battle spirit. Badges awarded include SpaceBourn (Low Orbit Drop), Jungle Badge, Expert Soldier Badge with Combat Wreath.
Campaigns include Genoa Incursion, Broken Bow Uprising and Borous Incursion.
Cpl. Rowen demonstrates distain for authority, and a willingness to disobey orders when the battle dictates flexibility. Rear area infractions include, Fraternization with Non-Terran individuals, Brawling, Assault, Unauthorized Modifications of Weapons and Ammo. Cpl. Rowen shows a knack for "acquiring" equipment for her unit by "hook or by crook", this is against Guard policy.
Due to the high level of combat effectiveness these infractions should be ignored. Cpl. Rowen will make a fine addition to Group 3 (Recon)
