The All-Searing Eye

This cosmic eye roams space to look for abnormalities, finds them, first traps them in its invisible non-matter non-energy webs to monitor the growth or decay of said abnormalities, and if it finds the abnormalities growing unchecked, sears the abnormalities with its astonishing powers. Despite all that power, this being is a mere cosmic machine, a drone created by a much more frightening cosmic ruler.
