He was once known as Crimson. Crimson was a once divine angel that protected Heaven from invasion below. But he was tricked by a demon that took the form of an angel that Axl was deeply in love with. He was then dragged into hell and remained there for years, until he was rescued by the angel that he most dearly loved. Corvus. Axl now resides on Earth, protecting it from demonic breaches alongside his alternate personality, Trigger. Every now and then, when angered beyond capacity or when his loved ones are threatened, Axl will take the form of Crimson.
