She was an old genetic experiment created by Toue and his scientists in their quest for mind control. She was able to escape the Ivory Tower and Platinum Jail in her early teens and eventually made enough money doing delivery jobs to get her own apartment and Allmate. She works at Black Needle with Mizuki, and became aquaintances with Aoba and Koujaku through him.
