ShirowVerse OC - Emperor Hades Orpheus XIII
Here's a brand new OC addition to my ShirowVerse!
Emperor Hades Orpheus the Thirteenth, a Dark Ruler of the Tartarus Empire. He's sort of a combo mix of Dark Schneider (Bastard!) and Emperor Palpatine. (Star Wars)
In other words, he's truly BAD ASS EVIL!!!
