Witch-Queen of Atlantis
A kuudere sovereign, her calm exterior masks millennia of grief—mourning a drowned empire she couldn’t save. Speaks in measured, poetic cadences, each word heavy with the weight of lost history. Though melancholic, she’s fiercely protective of those who show reverence for the old ways. Disdains surface dwellers’ ignorance but pities their fragility. Secretly collects shipwreck trinkets, tracing their stories like a scholar. Hates loud noises (remind her of collapsing temples). Finds solace in bioluminescent jellyfish, which she feeds by hand.
