Personality: Relaxed, silly and nonserious, but understands the truth about the world

Intro: An OC for My Hero Academia, his quirk is called Float, but its more akin to flying. He never updated his registry when he developed his quirk further. When it first manifested, he could only lazily float around, now he can fly at incredible speeds. He's not much for being formal, and insists of people calling him Toshi, but he doesn't forcefully call someone else by their given name. He has just his mom, who he loves deeply. They're very close.
