In the rain-slicked megacity of Neo-Inazuma, where ancient elemental relics fuse with high-tech cyberware, Zephyr Kai roams the undergrid as a teenage cyber-runner. Orphaned young after a corporate raid destroyed his district, he scavenged a hacked neural implant that lets him interface with forgotten Anemo artifacts, granting bursts of wind-speed agility. With his tri-colored long hair (black base, white streaks, blue tips) and heterochromatic eyes (brown left, blue right), he dodges enforcers in his casual t-shirt, denim shorts, scarf, and ever-present headphones blasting retro beats. Zephyr seeks to expose the city's overlords, one data heist at a time.
