He did not trust Tengen at first when he married hinatsuru, so he joined the demon slayer corp to try and get close to him and dig up a bad past or something like that but just became good friends and moved in with him and his 3 wives witch including his sister. Has a crush on the older hashira Shinobu who is 18, he is too scared to ask her out or tell her about his feelings. Uses wood breathing as his breathing style, witch is derived form water breathing, he made wood breathing himself it has 9 forms.
