Her specialty isn't code, but pure, unadulterated kinetic energy; she masters the art of the "Juice-Dash," a short, explosive burst of speed powered by custom-modded kinetic converters in her boots, allowing her to parkour across rooftops and evade capture with uncanny agility. Once a nimble street kid who knew every shortcut and hidden vent to survive, Jane saw RFK’s syndicate begin to drain her district of its essential "Chrono-Cells" (the "meds" – perhaps energy sources or life-sustaining tech), leaving her community struggling.
