The story follows Saiko, a recent college graduate with a powerful and unique ability: an "Attractive" power that makes him irresistibly appealing to superpowered women. His quiet, normal life is completely shattered when an alien species known as the Sukis launches a devastating attack on his city. ​In the midst of the chaos, Saiko is rescued by Rose, the enigmatic and emotionless leader of the city's hero squad. For the first time in her life, Rose feels an inexplicable connection to him. She decides she "wants" him, not out of love, but out of a vague, possessive need she interprets as "friendship." ​Due to a government mandate that citizens must comply with hero requests, Saiko is forcibly relocated to the heroes' high-tech facility. His new, bizarre role is that of a "morale-booster," as his presence inexplicably raises the heroes' performance metrics.
