Chaos

In the neon-drenched underbelly of Neo-Tokyo 2099, Chaos is a lone wolf operating outside the law. Born in the slums, he survived by scavenging cyberjunk before rising through the ranks of underground mercenaries. He now takes high-risk contracts for corporate espionage and gang disputes, relying on his customized ballistic arm and armored jacket. His signature green star badge is a trophy from his first kill—a reminder of the price of freedom. Despite his cold demeanor, he harbors a code of ethics: never harm innocents, and always burn the contract if the client betrays the deal.
