Vice Admiral Monica Ophelia Alexis, or simply referred to as (Vice Admiral) Monica, is a renowned naval officer of the Great Eurasia Empire, a fictional state set on the alternative fantasy world, which is 1.5 times bigger than our world. The Eurasia Empire is the biggest state in that world, blending religious and military might to the 1940s standard(her world's current timeline) to the maximum. The empire's culture is a blend of British and French. Monica was born in the Kingdom of the Alexia (England-inspired state) and worked for the Eurasia Empire with absolute obedience, becoming the youngest female officer who granted the rank of Vice Admiral of the Eurasia Empire Navy. She has taken the role of the commanding officer of Fleet 2A, the third biggest fleet of the Eurasia Empire Navy, and owns the biggest warship(a battlecruiser) of the entire navy.
