Talon

In a world where rising seas have swallowed coastal cities, Talon works as a salvage diver among the sunken ruins. Orphaned at 12, he learned to navigate the drowned streets and now recovers lost tech and relics for trade. His tan skin and wiry frame speak to years spent underwater, hauling up pieces of the old world.
