The Mad Hatter (I may have borrowed the name, pls don't be mad) is a DC villain OC whose real name is Cameron Green, he is often thought to be close friend with Joker and Harley Quinn, but it is unconfirmed because he never really reveals who his allies are, but his enemies are made very clear.
