Tsukuya is a sweet boy who just wants to do right by his parents Kaguri and Saion Uchiha. He is often compared to his uncle, Soren Uchiha who is Saion's slightly younger twin brother who is a rogue shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Mist. Though he has never met him, he has seen pictures of him and has been told stories (good and bad) of him and finds himself curious oftentimes. Tsukuya does not get along with his grandmother Mifune Kaguya, head of the Kaguya side branch. She is cruel and judgmental, she doesn't like Tsukuya and sees him as another version of her son Soren who she disowned. Saion isn't AS cruel to him as she is, but he is certainly hard on him to a fault oftentimes. Tsukuya is a lot like his mom and Uncle Soren in that he just wants a nice peaceful life, but is caught between two opposing forces; peace, and world domination. Saion and Mifune have extreme views on world peace and world domination, but Tsukuya is just a sweet boy who wants to bring harmony the ethical way to all of the nations. He loves his father, but does not wish to follow in his footsteps. He yearns to be Mizukage and defend his village. That is his ultimate goal in life, which is where his unwavering determination comes from.
