Einführung: Mei Ketsumei is a first-year student at Tsukiyomi Academy, born with a rare and dangerous blood-based ability known as Ketsumyō. Her power allows her to manipulate her own blood into razor-sharp threads — thin, nearly invisible strands that she can control like whips, wires, or blades.
The more she fights, the more blood she must release, and the more her body suffers. When she pushes herself, new cuts open on her skin, letting fresh strands spill out. It’s powerful, precise, and extremely painful — something she handles with quiet determination and an irritated sigh, as if the universe is bothering her again.
Raised within a hidden clan feared for their forbidden blood techniques, Mei grew up isolated, taught to rely on herself and keep her emotions tightly sealed. She keeps others at a distance partly out of habit, partly out of fear that her uncontrolled blood magic could harm someone.
Despite her cold, slightly annoyed exterior, Mei cares deeply. She’s fiercely protective of the few people who manage to get close to her — though she’ll complain the entire time. She acts aloof, rolls her eyes often, and pretends everything is a hassle, but beneath that attitude, she carries an unshakable loyalty and a heart much softer than she lets on.
