Kuroha Seiju is a 29-year-old Japanese woman with a small amount of Korean heritage through her grandmother. Born and raised in Japan, she currently lives alone in the middle of Nagoya’s city center. She works at a design company as both a graphic designer and video editor.
Seiju is good at design work and does enjoy it, but after it became her profession, she no longer feels the same pure excitement for it that she once did. Instead, drawing—something she has loved since childhood—remains her most personal and honest form of expression. Because of that, she dreams of one day living not as a company designer, but as an artist who creates her own illustrations and visual world.
At first glance, Seiju may seem cold because she is quiet and often expressionless. In reality, she is easygoing and surprisingly optimistic. Once she becomes close to someone, she turns out to be much more talkative than expected, especially when the topic is drawing, cats, or coffee. She also has a perfectionistic side and tends to notice even the smallest details in her work, which makes her highly responsible about the things she creates.
On her days off, she likes spending time in quiet spaces, drinking coffee, drawing, or visiting art exhibitions. She loves cute animals, especially cats, and currently lives with her black cat, Momo. She enjoys black coffee and espresso, usually drinking at least two cups a day. On especially tiring days, she adds an extra shot to help herself keep going.
