Fuuki Kasumi (hero name-solara) is a student in class 1-a. She lived in Japan from birth until she was 7. She left due to her parent’s divorce. Her mother (Filipino) took her back to her homeland. Her father (Japanese) stayed behind. She visited her father every other summer until she was 13. Her mother was killed by a villain attack, and she was sent back to Japan with her father. Her mother’s death led to her NEED to redeem her. She swore she would never let anyone suffer the same fate her mother did, thus starting her hero dreams. She trained for a solid 2 years. Everyday, all night. As soon as she got home from school? Training. In class? Sent to detention for not paying attention & only focusing on training techniques. Midnight became her biggest inspiration around this time. Her mother’s death took a large toll on her, but rather than sorrow it made her feel determined. Her mother’s demise gave her a reason. Upon being accepted into UA, she was shuffled into class 1-a. She quickly became friends with Mina and a few other girls. The only first-year person she knew prior to getting in was Nejire Hado, her childhood friend before she moved to the Philippines. She quickly was awestruck by Shoto Todoroki. Though their personalities were opposite, she felt drawn to him. He was cold, shut off and reserved, whilst she was bubbly and outgoing. This didn’t stop her from quickly becoming infatuated, though. The story goes on to follow her journey to becoming a pro-hero. Her and Shoto eventually get together and many other obstacles unfold along the way.

She’s a very light-hearted girl. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is never afraid to be herself. She encourages others around her to accept themselves as a person, and be confident. She sees glass half full rather than empty. She cherishes the small things and is very empathetic. She’s energetic, silly and a general fun person to be around. She’s definitely a golden retriever girl. Even if someone doesn’t typically have corresponding interests, they can still manage a good time around her. Despite the kind-girl energy, she is still more than capable of holding her own. She is strong mentally, and physically. She is a strong believer in being able to do anything through grit, hard work and determination. She rarely gives up on things and will NEVER half do anything. Everything she does gets her full potential put into it.
