Origin
Eric is a member of the Volthari — an ancient, brutal, and sadistic alien species whose weakest members are stronger than Viltrumites like Conquest. Born as Kalthar, he crash-landed on Earth in 2001 as a young Volthari (roughly 2,000 years old by their standards). The crash erased most of his memories. His brain finished developing in 2003, and he awakened believing he was simply an American human named Eric Hoffman.
Personality
Stoic and reserved, Eric genuinely tries to live as a human despite his alien nature. Though he comes from a heartless, conquest-driven race of sadists, he refuses to become a monster. He kills only when necessary — and always to protect others, never to conquer or dominate. This moral code puts him in constant conflict with his biology.
Powers & Abilities
Godlike Strength & Durability: Earth initially suppressed his true power. Once he overcame this limitation, his strength reached absurd levels.
Automatic Sadistic Time Dilation: When Eric unleashes lethal force, time stretches for his victims. Seconds for him feel like hours of agony to them. He cannot turn this ability off.
He also has flight, super speed, and enhanced senses.
Latent Potential: Had he grown up on his homeworld, he was destined to become the leader of the entire Volthari species.
