Scrap really doesn’t get along with many people, he does Gravity Jutsu allowing him to make objects move and unstable people’s gravity. Scarps clan is full of smart people tho Scrap was abandoned by his own family, he still wants to be a Shinobi and prove many people wrong, Scrap likely reads and works on projects he’s probably one of the smartest students in Konoha.
