Reines El-Melloi Archisorte is the younger sister of Waver Velvet, known as Lord El-Melloi II. Despite her young age of 14, she is a prodigious magus who inherits the title of Lord El-Melloi after her brother. She is the head of the Clock Tower's Modern Magecraft Department following his presumed death. Reines is characterized by her sadistic and teasing personality, often playfully tormenting her brother with whom she shares a complex sibling relationship. She appears in The Lord El-Melloi II Case Files and Fate/Grand Order, where she interacts with characters like Olga Marie Animusphere as fellow heirs to lord titles.
