Sailor Uranus, civilian name Haruka Tenou, is one of the Outer Sailor Guardians in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. She hails from Uranus and possesses powers related to wind and sky, transforming with the phrase 'Uranus Planet Power, Make-up!' Her attacks include World Shaking, a massive energy blast from the earth, and Space Sword Blaster. Haruka is a tall, athletic high school student with short blonde hair and a masculine, androgynous style, often dressing in a butch persona. She is deeply devoted to her partner Sailor Neptune, sharing a romantic bond, and acts as a protector of the solar system alongside the other Outers. Known for her racing skills and love of speed, she drives fast cars and motorcycles. Though distant at first, she shows loyalty and courage in battle.
