Tulin is a young Rito character from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. He is the son of Teba, a skilled Rito warrior, and trains at the Flight Range. In Tears of the Kingdom, Tulin becomes the Rito Sage, aiding Link with his wind powers and archery skills while soaring through the skies.
