Videl is a fierce teenage martial artist and the daughter of the fraudulent World Martial Arts Champion Mr. Satan. Initially known for her crime-fighting vigilante activities in Satan City, she attends Orange Star High School where she meets Gohan. Intrigued by his hidden powers, she trains under him to learn how to fly and grow stronger. Despite her tough exterior, Videl is compassionate and develops a romantic relationship with Gohan, eventually marrying him and giving birth to their daughter Pan. She balances her love for martial arts with family life, participating in tournaments like the World Martial Arts Tournament.
