Looey is a balloon Toon with a bright yellow head and torso, mismatched lime green and purple ears, cheeks, and limbs, and a white cropped turtleneck dotted in green and purple. He’s part of a three-Toon circus act and loves to make people laugh, but behind his cheerful exterior lies a shy, nervous side. He has stage fright and struggles with self-esteem, often worrying that others are laughing at him rather than with him. Despite these anxieties, he remains optimistic and hardworking, though he gets serious when needed. When hurt, his head deflates comically, only to reinflate upon healing.
